Josh is a big teddybear of a dog who almost didn’t get his chance. He landed at the shelter as an adolescent and struggled in the stressful environment. But support from volunteers who love him got local rescue, APA!, to take a second look at Josh and pull him into their program.
Josh has all the potential in the world to be a calm, loving, loyal best friend. He deserves the chance he’s been given and we are going to help him make the most of it! Josh is attending group training classes where he’s shown himself to be a quick study with a deep love of human affection and attention.
As one of his volunteer advocates said after he was saved from the risk list in the nick of time, “Onwards, and upwards for this big, loving guy!” Josh is hoping his next move is into a home.
